Happy Retirement Larry Lord!

It is bittersweet for our Starling Family to wish Larry Lord a "Happy Retirement" this week. Working alongside Larry has been an absolute joy for our team & customers alike. In selling hundreds of boats to hundreds of customers, he excelled at managing customer expectations throughout the sales process to provide hassle-free experiences. Additionally, Larry was an incredible ambassador for all of our new boat brands, familiarizing himself first-hand with the nuances of each to ensure his customers were paired with the perfect model for their boating ventures.

When Larry joined our team in 2012, he brought with him a vast amount of boat knowledge & experience, which helped put customers at ease walking them through everything from new system orientations to any small issues that may arise in a new boat build or the sales process. Larry's customer service strengths were even recognized by Regulator Boats with numerous sales awards presented over his tenure with Starling Marine. 

Larry was instrumental to our growth in Morehead City, and we are forever grateful to have had him leave such a great legacy for others to follow. Now it's time for Larry to hone his inshore fishing skills with his dog Maggie, and we wish him tight lines & many, many great days on the water!
